APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
This is your chance to digitize your business in line with the Madani Budget 2023, the Malaysian Ministry of Finance (MOF)
is now offering digital grants to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) to digitize your business operations. Clinics, GPs, specialists, and hospitals come under the MSME classification.
• Available to MSME and Co-operative (Koperasi Registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia,
• The MSME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian,
• The MSME / Co-op have been in operation for at least Six (6) months, and
• The MSME / Co-op has minimum average annual Sales turnover of RM50,000.00.
APPLICATION STEPS
• The Applicant must contact and appoint one or more services of Service Providers listed by MDEC to perform any of the digitalization services available maximum of 3 digital services).• The Applicant must complete and submit the application form together with the required supporting documents to the Service Provider.
• The Service Provider is to submit the MSME application together with the supporting documents to the bank.
• Once the application is approved, the applicant is responsible to pay the 50% from the total invoice or more which will only make payment 50% or upto RM5,000.00 to the Service Provider.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Completed MSME Madani digital application form 1. A copy of the Identification Card or Passport of Director(s) Partner(s) / Proprietor(s) of the MSME / applicant appointed by the Co-op, whichever is applicable.2. A copy of MSME registration license (CCM) or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016) For Co-op, a copy of SKM registration certificate.
3. Latest audited account statement or latest financial management account statement or MSME / Co-op bank statement for the latest two (2) months.
4. Quotation / Invoice for the digitalization services from the Service Providers listed by MDEC, and
Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank.
